Application
Submit a profile through the contact form. M44 looks for practitioners with five or more years of industry experience and firsthand knowledge of working workflows.
Review
Applications are reviewed against the industries in active development. Where expertise aligns, M44 contacts the applicant to discuss scope and answer questions.
Terms review
Before any contribution begins, M44 reviews the contribution process, the attribution record, and the compensation basis with the applicant.

Application definition
Founding contributors supply the working knowledge each application is built on. Workflows, constraints, and judgment developed in practice are the primary input to the application that serves their field.
Recorded attribution
Every contribution is recorded on-chain when it is accepted. Authorship is permanent, independently verifiable, and cannot be reassigned. The record accumulates into a verified account of what each contributor built.
Standards influence
Founding contributors inform architecture decisions, quality standards, and the order in which industry problems are addressed. Decisions made by the first generation carry forward into later development.
Compensation basis
Attribution records are the basis for compensation as applications reach production. The compensation model is being defined with founding contributors, who help set the terms they will work under.
