Contact Form
When you submit the form on our Contact page, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and any optional fields you fill in (such as company name, area of expertise, publication, or deadline).
What We Do Not Collect
- No accounts: this website has no sign-up, login, or user profiles.
- No payments: we do not collect payment or billing information on this site.
- No analytics: we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, so we do not build browsing profiles of visitors.
Server Logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) generates standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time, and user agent) to operate and secure the service. We use these only for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used to:
- Respond to your inquiry;
- Evaluate founding-contributor and partnership applications and follow up about them;
- Answer press and general questions.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Contact form submissions are delivered to our lead-management system (GoHighLevel) and the inboxes of the Meridian 44 team members who handle inquiries. Our service providers — website hosting (Vercel) and lead management (GoHighLevel) — process this data on our behalf to provide those services.
Beyond those providers, we share personal information only if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
4. Data Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. See our Security page for a fuller picture of our security posture.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the contact form. Email info@meridian44.com and we will handle it.
